OpenClaw Personal
Terms of Service
Effective August 22, 2026
These terms apply to OpenClaw Personal, a private household assistant operated by Nexus Studio for the owner and one invited household member. The service is not offered to the general public.
Permitted use
Authorized household users may use OpenClaw Personal for lawful personal tasks, including user-directed Gmail and Google Calendar actions. Each user must authorize only a Google account they own or are permitted to access and must keep their access to the assistant secure.
Google account access
OpenClaw Personal accesses Google account data only after the account holder grants permission through Google OAuth. Each user is responsible for reviewing the permissions requested. Access can be revoked at any time through the user’s Google Account settings. Use of Google services remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
User responsibility
Authorized users are responsible for reviewing important messages, recipients, dates, and event details before relying on or approving assistant actions. They must not use the assistant to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute harmful content, or gain unauthorized access to accounts or data.
Availability and changes
The assistant is provided for private convenience and may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued at any time. Features that depend on Google APIs may also be affected by Google service availability, permissions, or policy changes.
No warranty
OpenClaw Personal is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Nexus Studio makes no warranties that the assistant will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Users should independently verify time-sensitive or consequential information.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nexus Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use OpenClaw Personal. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes how OpenClaw Personal accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data and is incorporated into these terms.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the assistant changes. The effective date above will be revised when changes are published. Continued use after an update means the authorized user accepts the revised terms.
Contact
Questions about these terms may be directed to the household administrator who provided access to OpenClaw Personal.
